What labels have you been carrying that God never gave you?
Maybe your past, your mistakes, your struggles, or even the words someone spoke over you have shaped the way you see yourself. But Scripture tells us that if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation. The old has passed away, and the new has come.
In Week 2 of Fresh Start, we look at how labels can become lies, how those lies can create strongholds, and how false identity can begin to shape our behavior. But real freedom doesn't come from simply trying harder or managing our behavior. It comes when we uncover the lie and replace it with the truth of who we are in Christ.
Your struggle may be part of your story, but it is not your identity. Your past does not get the final word. In Christ, you have been made new. 🙌
At Radiant, we wear no label but one: new creation.
If this message encouraged or challenged you, share it with someone who needs a reminder that their past does not define their future. And don't forget to like, subscribe, and join us for the rest of the Fresh Start series!

Everyone needs a fresh start. But what if the people who need one most... are all of us?
We often think recovery, healing, and freedom are for "those people." But the Bible tells a different story. In this message, we discover that every person has struggles, strongholds, and areas where they need God's transforming grace.
In Week 1 of our Fresh Start series, we explore why recovery isn't just for people battling addiction. It's the normal Christian life. Through the story of the Prodigal Son and the truth of Scripture, you'll learn how Jesus invites us to stop pretending, break free from the lies that keep us stuck, and experience real freedom through truth, faith, and surrender.
If you've ever wondered:
• Why do I keep making the same mistakes?
• Why can't I break this habit?
• Is lasting change really possible?
• Can God give me a fresh start?
This message is for you.
No matter your past, your struggles, or where you are today, God's grace is greater. Healing begins when we stop hiding and start bringing our lives into the light.
📖 In this message:
• Why everyone needs a fresh start
• What the Bible says about strongholds
• Why recovery is discipleship
• The four movements toward lasting freedom
• How Jesus transforms our identity, not just our behavior

Have you ever thought of the Holy Spirit as simply your Helper, Comforter, or Guide?
While all of those things are true, the Bible paints a much bigger picture.
In this message, we journey from Genesis to Revelation to discover the Holy Spirit's incredible mission. From bringing order out of chaos at creation, to gathering scattered people at Pentecost, to breathing life into dry bones, the Holy Spirit has always been carrying out God's plan of redemption. If you've ever wondered, Who is the Holy Spirit? or What does the Holy Spirit actually do? this message will challenge the way you think about one of the most misunderstood Persons of the Trinity.
No matter where you are in your faith journey, you'll be reminded that what feels chaotic, broken, or beyond hope is never beyond the transforming power of God.

Have you ever wondered what the Bible really means by sin? Is sin just breaking God's rules, or is it something much deeper?
In this message from our Catechism: Back to the Basics series, we explore the biblical definition of sin and discover why Scripture repeatedly compares it to adultery. From Jeremiah's "broken cisterns" to Hosea's picture of God's relentless love, this sermon reveals that sin isn't primarily about bad behavior—it's about turning our hearts away from God and looking elsewhere for what only He can provide.
You'll discover:
• What the Bible actually teaches about sin
• Why God compares idolatry and sin to adultery
• The difference between brokenness and sin
• How repentance restores our relationship with God
• Why God's kindness leads us back to Him
Whether you're new to Christianity or have followed Jesus for years, this message will challenge the way you think about sin, grace, and the invitation God extends to every one of us.

Have you ever wondered what Jesus' very first sermon was? Before the miracles, before the crowds, before the debates with the religious leaders, Jesus began His ministry with one simple but life-changing message:
"Repent and believe the good news." (Mark 1:14-15)
In this message, we explore the very first recorded sermon of Jesus and discover why His words are just as relevant today as they were 2,000 years ago. What does repentance actually mean? Is it about guilt and shame—or is it an invitation to experience God's grace? And what does it really mean to believe the Gospel?
Through Scripture, practical illustrations, and the story of the prodigal son, we'll see that Jesus didn't come merely to make people feel accepted—He came to make them new. His message has always been an invitation to turn toward God, trust Him completely, and receive the hope found only in the Gospel.
Whether you're new to Christianity, returning to your faith, or simply curious about the teachings of Jesus, this sermon will help you better understand the heart of His message and why it still transforms lives today.

What is the Bible, really?
Is it a rulebook? A collection of stories? A source of wisdom? In this message from our Catechism: Back to the Basics series, we explore one of the most important questions every Christian should answer: What is the Bible?
The Bible isn't merely information to be studied. It's an explanation of the human condition, an introduction to Jesus Christ, and an invitation into a relationship with God. Through a powerful illustration of a road sign pointing to something greater, we'll discover why the goal of Scripture isn't simply knowledge—it's encounter.
Whether you're new to reading the Bible or you've been a Christian for years, this message will challenge you to move beyond secondhand faith and experience God's Word for yourself.
📖 In this message:
• Why the Bible explains what's broken in the world—and in us
• How all of Scripture points to Jesus
• Why the Bible is an invitation, not just information
• Practical principles for reading and understanding Scripture
• How to develop a deeper, firsthand relationship with God through His Word
The sign is pointing somewhere. Are you following it?

Who is God, really?
Many people believe in God, but often the version of God they reject isn't the God revealed in Scripture. Is He distant? Angry? Permissive? A cosmic therapist? Or is He something far greater than our assumptions and expectations?
In this message from our Catechism series, we explore one of life's biggest questions: Who is God? Discover why our view of God shapes everything—from how we worship and pray to how we handle suffering, fear, and uncertainty. Through Scripture, we'll see that God cannot be reduced to human categories and that the God who is beyond us is also the God who came near to us through Jesus Christ.
Whether you're a lifelong believer, asking hard questions about faith, or simply curious about Christianity, this message will challenge you to move beyond cultural assumptions and encounter the God of the Bible.
📖 Scriptures:
• Psalm 14:1
• Isaiah 55:8-9
• Job 38:3-7
• 1 John 4:16
